Customer's benefits of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

In present competitive era, quality is the most prime factor. Quality outcome from any machine depends on machine's lasting performance. In order to get the best results of our machines, it is obvious that the customer should carry out the routine maintenance under our supervision.

In order to provide you our service as often as per your need, we have got a dedicated team of trained Service engineers and technicians, who are just a call away from you.

Maintenance of machines under the supervision of our Site Engineers and technicians will be completed as per our customer's satisfaction.

To help our customers in getting the best performance from the machine, we have introduced the concept of Annual Maintenance Contracts to our customers.

Terms & Conditions

  • Acceptance of AMC depends on condition of the machine and duration of this agreement will be ONE YEAR w.e.f. date of receiving full earnest.
  • All required tools for Maintenance of machine will be provided by us.
  • The customer is expected to keep available the said machine or other facilities. In case of any difficulty the date should be changed in advance by mutual consent.
  • It is possible that machine covered under the plan can breakdown. Our services will in any case be available in such event at an extra cost.
  • In order to ensure minimum downtime the customer is advised to order and stock all the required spares in advance.
  • All spares are available with us.
  • We shall be entitled to terminate the agreement in the event of change of ownership or location of the said machine.
